Auberge La Fontaine Venasque
Immerse yourselves in the pleasures of cuisine from the South of France by attending cooking classes in the heart of one of the most delightful villages of the Vaucluse.
Stay for seven nights in the century old Auberge La Fontaine, in the heart of the village of Venasque, to learn about provençal cooking, from traditional starters to desserts, including sauces and other terrines. Cooking classes will be run for three of these days, allowing you plenty of time to explore the pleasures and treasures of the region.
You will be taken to the markets to buy your supplies, you will go for walks to collect wild herbs, and you will help create dishes which will be the envy of your friends!
Seven nights accommodation in hotel suites (kitchen, dining room, lounge,
TV, stereo, terrace, air-conditioning).

Courses available throughout the year. In January and February, you have the option to cook with truffles - Truffles Option. Maximum group size of five people.
Venasque lies about a 40 minute drive to the east of Avignon, and is 12km from Carpentras. The village is well located for exploring the sights of the Vaucluse: Vaison la Romaine, Chateauneuf du Pape, Avignon, Gordes, Bonnieux, L’Isle sur la Sorgue etc.
