When I first saw this apartment, I made a commitment that I would come back here with my wife for one month minimum stay. This light and airy two-bedroom apartment is located close (50m) to the Villefranche sur Mer beach and from its top floor setting offers magnificent views across the harbour to Cap Ferrat from the apartment’s balcony. There is lift access to the apartment in this relatively newly constructed apartment building (‘60s), as well as being close to the nearby train station is a few minutes’ walk from the shops and bars, restaurants of the village. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, but directly out from the apartment you can dive directly into the sea (which we prefer to do!)! I always say that from the apartment it takes only 30 seconds to be swimming in the glorious sea!! Being located here you are so close to such wonderful places such as Cannes, Antibes, Nice (7km away), Monaco, Menton being a short distance away, by train or car.

• Double bedroom with a large bed (1.60m) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90m)

The most impressive thing about this apartment is its position with billion-dollar Riviera views and proximity to everything you will need. The apartment is furnished well. I was especially impressed by the quality of the beds and bedding. No need for a car when staying here, although you can park your car on the street or in the pay carpark 200 metres from your apartment. Two aircon units.

This address will give you the quintessential Riviera holiday, although you may have trouble pulling yourself away from the balcony! It really is a magnificent address!
